  • The item is defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or use

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable)

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing parts

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain hardware components may also be non-returnable once opened.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product and wish to exchange it, we will replace the item subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within the same 7-day return window.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Do not install or use the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Abejorros is not responsible for lost return shipments


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
